Do you provide ordinary backlink data?
We provide hidden PBN backlink and hidden redirect data but no visible backlink and redirect data as of now.

What currency are your prices in?
We only offer prices in USD at the time.

How can I switch my plan?
Upgrade or downgrade your account anytime from your billing settings. Upgrades take effect immediately, while downgrades and cancellations become effective at the end of your current billing period.

Cancel your plan anytime from your billing settings. When you cancel, you’ll still be able to use your plan until the end of your subscription period.

Is unused additional data carried over to the next month?
No. Additional data is not accumulative and any unused additional reports, credits etc., will not be carried over to the next month.

What is your refund policy?
If for any reason you’re not satisfied with your subscription, cancel it and simply email [email protected] during your first 45 days, and we’ll refund your money, within 48 hours. We reserve the right to refuse refunds in the event of abuse (e.g. subscribe -> use Linxact -> request refund -> repeat).

What is the difference between a user and a power user?
A power user is considered to be a user that requires more queries per month than a normal user.
